Andover woman arrested after leaving her baby in locked vehicle
Every year there's always someone who leaves their kids locked in the car for a 'quick' run into the store.
Either these people don't have a clue, they don't watch the news, or they just don't care but no matter, in my eyes, this is a crime....child endangerment and these people need to go through some serious parenting classes that teach them. Or perhaps they should just lock themselves in a car on a 90 degree day for a 1/2 hour and see how well they can handle it!
Where are the brains!
