Criminal checks should be run on potential parents. Those with a history of hurting children should be castrated, have their tubes tied. Yes, this is extreme but the kids are the ones who end up suffering the most when the wrong people have kids.
In this instance, conjoined twin boys. A successful separation was done and they go home. One of these little ones ends up in the emergency room with 24 fractures!!!!! 16 broken ribs, leg broken in 8 different places....and a mere 2-months after a pretty traumatic surgery!

The so called 'parents' claim it must have been the car seats fault. And I thought I had heard them all.....
