Sorry, gonna rant again....
As a woman, wouldn't you think with all the headlines of women teachers violating their students, that they would get the picture? Or maybe since the sentences have been so light and easy women just figure, "huh, I'll just get a slap on the wrist and life will go on". Or maybe they can't seem to find a man to mold into their idea of what a man should be? Or maybe they just feel so horrible about themselves that the innocent and naive come-ons from a child just boosts their egos 10 fold? Sick!!!
No matter. LEAVE THESE BOYS/GIRLS ALONE! Yes, there are males out there who take advantage, who also seem to get sentenced pretty substanitially. But as a species who wants so much out of life, to be treated equally, to be treated the same way a man would be...oh, wait, men commit these acts too don't they! Like man like woman I guess. Sheeesh!
Man or woman, for God's sake, grow up and be responsible. Don't make a mockery of the freedoms that have been given to you! As I said in my previous post, give an inch, take it for the mile!
Maybe in committing such things the general population will one day say, "hey, that 15 year old consented, what's the big deal, change the laws.....". I can tell you this, this mom isn't going to have that mentality, no way, no how, not ever!
