This man can never have another pet for as long as he lives because he killed 10 puppies. As stated in one of my most favorite movies, Parenthood:

What I would like to know is why that is, why people can just have kids whenever they desire. I guess it's that right eh? But why are the rights to have animals taken away from a man who would do an absolutely horrible thing but, like the post below, a simple slap on the wrist is given to a man for hurting his first child only to have another he can use for target practice?
Or sex offenders get out of jail and are put within a community? or teachers molest their students only to get out of jail to marry them and have more? or women who are knowingly mentally unstable are still able to be the parent of their children and then ultimately drown them because the voices told her to.
