It appears that this banner "was apparently the brainchild of a group of service members from the Minnesota National Guard.", according to the New York Post as well as a very dear source of mine.

I love this banner, obviously. Sense of humor is what sparks my love. I suspect that this will go down in the history books one day but I could be wrong.
Thank you Minnesota National Guardsmen, Women, and every other soldier out there fighting and protecting!
