As many of you know, my brother will be heading to Kosovo in a couple months for a years deployment on a peace mission. Currently, they are hopeful that they, the unit, may have one last visit with their family and friends before they leave for that year.
In order to do this, they are seeking donations to fund transportation in order to see their families. The time frame is short in which to raise the money--August 24th is the end of the fundraiser. If they are able to raise the money, this will give the troops 5 days in which to see their wives, husbands, kids, moms and dads, etc.
They need to raise $34,000 for 5 buses which cost $6800 each. If anyone out there knows of someone, a company or anything that may help please forward this information:
