Why exactly were the protective services tipping off the police in this matter? Was this woman already under investigation? Were they suspicious? Why in God's name didn't the protective services do something about this less than human woman who would do such a vicious thing to her own daughter!!!!

A case where my questions are many for a system that is supposed to help the children. Whatever.
This poor little girl, may she rest in peace once this bitch is put behind bars. And forget the insanity defense, this woman is a cold blooded murderer! This woman didn't deserve children and I am happy that they are working on a protective order to keep her away from her other two children. Insane or not, lock her up and throw away the damn key!
