Who I am in a nutshell: "To laugh often and much; to win the respect of intelligent people and the affection of children; to earn the appreciation of honest critics and endure the betrayal of false friends; to appreciate beauty, to find the best in others; to leave the world a little better; whether by a healthy child, a garden patch or a redeemed social condition; to know even one life has breathed easier because you have lived. This is the meaning of success." **Ralph Waldo Emerson**

Stranded fact or fiction
Global warming sees polar bears stranded on melting ice
Are they really stranded because of us humans or are they just basking and resting after a long swim? Or perhaps they're just playing? Quite an assumption, if you ask me, to make such accusations and analogies.
The big todo about Global Warming, as I have said is not one of my topics. If you want more on that go to Pat's site.
The article says, 'see more dramatic pictures of the Polar Bears here'. Dramatic? I guess when I saw that I was looking for bears that were emaciated and/or dead.
