Driving with a baby on her lap...

Can anyone guess who made this outrageous statement????? --below--(of course the name is clear as day in the quote, just having a little fun)

And the winner is????

"I had a horrifying, frightful encounter with the paparazzi while I was with my baby," Spears said in a statement issued through her publicist. She said Monday's episode reminded her of an incident last summer in which she was "trapped" in her car by a throng of photographers.

"I instinctively took measures to get my baby and me out of harm's way, but the paparazzi continued to stalk us, and took photos of us which were sold to the media," she said. "I love my child and would do anything to protect him."

I know that the paparazzi is persistant, I know thatI wouldn't want to walk out my door to a throng of flashes going off or being followed everywhere I go but honestly, this is protecting your son?

I saw the story yesterday on television and my immediate reaction is that they will find a way to skirt around this one. After all, stars stand on the streets with marijuanna in their hands talking to the cops and get away with it, they get away with drunk driving and car accidents with nary a scrape on the wrist. If the stars can get away with it, than so should every person in America.

Well, to my great surprise and relief I found this article this morning:

Exclusive: DCFS Investigates Britney
Sheriff's Dept. official tells TMZ probe underway

However, how far will they go with it is the question.
